There are so many stylish sun hats out there to wear at the Lake. Look good while being safe. If you are too manly for a sun hat, wear your best baseball cap. The point here to take every precaution necessary to protect yourself from the sun the best way and wearing a hat helps!
2. Lather yourself in sunscreen.
When we say sunscreen we don't mean those extremely low SPF tan enhancers, we mean actual sunscreen. Get yourself some SPF 50 or higher and rub it all over, anywhere the sun can touch. Your body will thank you after a day on the Lake of the Ozarks.
3. Wear a t-shirt.
